Ingredients
Ground Turkey, lean, 1 lb1 medium onion1 pkg brown gravy mix2 cups frozen French Cut Green Beans2 cups frozen Whole Kernal Sweet Corn2 medium potatoes1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup fat free cheddar1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light Spread Stick (or equivalent)
Directions
Mashed Potatoes

Peel potatoes. Cook the potatoes for 8 minutes on high in the microwave or until done (soft). Put in a bowl with milk and butter spread. Mash throughly.

Shepard's Pie - Recipe from KHILKEY

Brown ground turkey with chopped onion. Make gravy mix according to package instructions, and add gravy to browned meat until meat is moist, but not runny. Save extra gravy. Put Meat mixture in bottom of sprayed 13 x 9 pan. Add green beans, then corn. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Make instant mashed potatoes according to package instructions. Top casserole with potatoes and cook at 350 in a preheated oven until top is golden brown. Serve with extra gravy.

    I would use 4 potatoes because two was not enough when I made it. Also use all the brown gravy in the meat. It was really good. I would make it again. - 12/6/09
