Cinna-Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups water1/4 tsp salt1 cup long grain rice3 cups 1% milk1/2 cup SPLENDA, granular1/8 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup raisins1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a heavy medium-sized saucepan. Stir in salt & rice. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until water is absorbed (about 12 minutes)

Add milk, SPLENDA granular, cinnamon, and raisins. Cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the milk is absorbed (about 15 minutes)

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Best warm but still good when cool or can reheat in microwave.
