I used to live in Vienna, Austria and I can assure you that this is not Wiener Schnitzel... Wiener Schnitzel is veal. You pound the meat out to 1/4 inch thickness, dredge in egg and flour, fry for approximately 3-4 minutes, and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Chicken can also be used. - 10/8/09

I want to try this... it is actually Zigeuner schnitzel made with pork instead of veal... Weiner Schnitzel is veal with a breadcrumb crust... - 11/4/08

This recipe allows you to us either Pork chops or Veal. I used pork due to the fact I can't have Veal.
