Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine80 oz chicken wings (no tips)1 or 2 cans mushrooms (1 used in calorie calc)2 cloves garlic minced2 tbsp soy sauce1/4 cup slivered almonds1/4 cup packed brown sugar
Brown wing pieces in margarine till light brown.
Add liquid from mushrooms, soy sauce, and garlic.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add mushrooms, almonds, and brown sugar.
Cook until "sticky".
10 pieces equals a serving
Serve with rice.
Broccoli and Orange Banana Salad make nice accompaniments.
Set table with finger bowls and washcloths for napkins and eat with your fingers.
