Caprese Salad

Ingredients
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes2 sticks Frigo light mozzarella1/4 c. torn basil2 t. extra virgin olive oil1 T. balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper
Directions
Rinse and drain tomatoes. Cut string cheese into bite size chunks. Toss tomatoes, cheese and basil in a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk oil into balsamic vinegar. Add to vegetable mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve alone or over greens.
