Ingredients
1 cup non fat milk1 cup plain low fat yogurtSplenda to taste2 tsp. vanilla extract2 cup frozen strawberries3- 4 ice cubes
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Gradually add strawberries; process until smooth and thickened.

    Normally I don't like strawberry milkshakes, but I have to say this is by far the best one I've tasted! Has a nice and light taste to it and best of all no chunks of strawberry in it. Will definitely be making this again. - 10/20/12
