Margarita Lime Chicken

6 Chicken Breasts -boneless, skinless1/2 cup of lime juice2 tbsp of olive oil 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (fresh or dry) 2 tsp granulated sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp paprika (substitute with red pepper for an extra kick)1.5 oz Tequila (optional)
In a large bowl, pour lime juice, olive oil, tequila, and spices until well blended. Marinate the breasts at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. They are perfect on the grill, pan, or oven. (Note: Tequila burns off in cooking process, but leaves a beautiful aroma.)
Serve with steamed rice or steamed veggies.
