Ingredients
2 cups basil leaves, chopped1 cup parsley, chopped3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1.5 tbsp garlic.5 tsp salt2 tbsp white wine vinegar6 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. I prepare this ahead of time and placed the pesto in 1/2 tbsp servings into an ice cube tray and then froze them. Once frozen, you can pop them out and put them in a freezer bag. Make sure to spray cooking spray in the tray before putting pesto in. Enjoy!

Awesome! I used all basil instead of 2/3 basil to 1/3 parsley, since it's peak basil season here, and white vinegar because that's what I had, and it still came out great. - 8/1/12
