Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
~ 2 cups frozen strawberries~ 2 small bananas~ 1 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt~ 1/2 cup apple juice~ 2 tbsp. honey
Directions
~ slice bananas into 1 inch pieces and place in freezer for at least 2 - 3 hours
~ place all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth!!!

makes 5 1/2 cups (or three 1 3/4 cup servings)
