1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup mashed banana1/2 cup apple sauce1 egg white1/2 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350.
Line muffin pan with 11-12 cups.
In a large bowl, combine all wet ingredients (smashed banana, apple sauce, egg white, brown sugar, peanut butter).
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to wet ingredients and just mix until combined. (Batter will be lumpy!) Divide intro muffin cups. Makes 11-12, depending on how full you make the cups. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
