Baked Custard Quinoa Pudding

Ingredients
2 c quinoa prepared (2c H2O/1c quinoa)5 large eggs from pastured chickens3/4 c organic sugar1 dash salt1T vanilla extract2.5 c 1% milk
Directions
combine eggs, sugar, salt, & vanilla extract in casserole dish with whisk.
add milk, whisk again.
add prepared quinoa
bake at 350 for 20 min or until set
