8 oz. of Mahi Mahi Fish (fresh or frozen)3 large Red Ripe Tomatoe (chopped)3 Large Raw Scallions (chopped in small pieces)1 Half a Cup of Fresh Cilantro ( leaves only)1 Dash of Salt1 Dash of Black Pepper1 Half a Teaspoon of Cumin seed or (Powder)1 Teaspoon of Organic Cane Sugar1 Teaspoon of Garlic2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

1 cup Servings
Please use a skillet with a top to cover for cooking on top of the stove. Cut your tomatoes, scallions, cilantro and garlic place in skillet. Place fish in skillet, then add the rest of your ingredients to the skillet now. Cover with top. Let meal cook for 10-15 minutes, with medium heat. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
