Elephant Ear Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 Cup white flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup melted butter6 tbsp brown sugar6 tbsp granulated sugar1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp water1 egg1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Melt butter in microwave in small bowl
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, including melted butter, EXCEPT for the chocolate chips, mix well to make smooth cookie dough.
Once dough is well mixed you can add the chocolate chips and mix them in.
Drop by 1 tablespoon clumps onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 5-8 minutes being very careful not to burn them.
Remove cookie sheet from oven and let cookie COOL COMPLETELY before attempting to take it off the sheet. Bon Appetit!
