Saucy Beef and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound gound beef 1 cup zucchini1small onion, chopped1 clove, minced1/2 teas. dried majoram1 tabls. baking powder2 teaspoon white sugar1/2 cream of tartar1/2 teasp. salt1/8 teasp. garlic powder1 (10 o.75 oz.) can tomatoe soup1 (15oz.) can kernel corn, drained1 teasp. salt2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup butter1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 sour cream1 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Lightly greese a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat,
Brown the ground beef.
Mix in the zucchini, onion, garlic, and marjoram.
Cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
Mix in salsa, tomatoe soup, and corn.
Season with 1 teas. salt.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and garlic powder.
Cut in butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs
Stir in the cheddar, sour cream, and milk.
Spread over beef mix in the baking dish.
(if to thick add more milk)

Bake covered in preheated oven 25 min.
Until the topping is golden brown and tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
