1 Can Low-Fat Mushroom Soup1 Cup (2 small cans) Tuna in water2 TBS Dried Onions- or fresh diced onion1 tsp Garllic Powder- or to taste1/2 Cup Peas1/2 Cup Mushrooms- sliced or choppedDiced Red Bell Pepper ( Optional)
In sauce pan begin heating mushoorm soup, add all remaining ingredients and heat to simmer. Simmer about 10 minutes.
This is good on toast, rice or noodles.
