Easy Shepards Pie

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/4 package of mixed frozen vegetables - or left over veg.1/2 cup ready made gravy1tbsp. ketchup3 medium/large potatoes1/2 cup sliced oniondash of milk/marg for mashing potatoes3 sheets thawed Phyllo pastry1.2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
Thaw Phyllo pastry.

Brown ground beef, add mixed veg with a little water and let cook/boil for 5 minutes (or until cooked). Add gravy. bring to low boil while stiring then add ketchup

Boil onion with potatoes - mash - add cheese.

Bake pastry according to package in pie dish.

Put meat/veg into baked shell. Cover with mashed potato mixture.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes

** can use more vegetables if prefer. Can add spices if want spicier - taste test prior to putting meat portion into shell and adjust accordingly.
