2.5 lbs of hamburger1 pk of small shells (16 oz.)1 10 oz. can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes Wl Habaneros1 10 oz. can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes W/Lime Juice and Cilantro1 14.5 oz can of Diced Peeled Tomatoes1 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis1 tsp minced garlic1 small onion diced1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder.5 tsp of Thyme Dry.5 tsp of Basil.5 tsp of rosemary
Makes 20 - 1 cup servings
Brown Hamburger with Onion and Garlic. Drain grease thoroughly. Return to Skillet.
Add all cans of tomatoes and seasoning, stir and cover. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
Cook small shells as directed on pkg. Drain
Add hamburger mixture to Pasta and stir.
