Savory Baked Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
6 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)1 Teaspoon Garlic SaltJuice of 2 Lemons1/4 cup (1/2-stick) Melted Fat-Free Margarine1 Package Frozen Artichoke Hearts1/4 Cup Capers
Directions
Rub chicken with garlic salt and lemon juice. Place in baking dish, and pour margarine over chicken. Add capers and artichoke hearts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting often. Makes six servings.
