Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 chicken, bone and skin removedCarrots, raw, 10 mediumCelery, raw, 10 stalk, mediumOnions, raw, 1 mediumSpinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)Garlic, 3 clovesWater from boiled chickenSea SaltPeper
Directions
Boil Chicken, skim fat from water
Remove skin and bones from chicken once cooked
Chop carrots, onion, garlic and celery
Put everything in chicken water and simmer for an hour on medium heat.
