Healthier Banana,nut, choc-chip bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup splenda1/2 cup margarine,softened1 egg, 2 whites1/3 cup skim milk1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
1) Heat oven to 350>F. Grease bottom only of a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine sugar and margarine; beat well. Add egg, and whites; beat well. Add mashed bananas, milk and vanilla; blend well.

2) Combine flours, nuts, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Add to banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistioned. Pour into greased pan.

3) Bake at 350>F. For 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5-10 minutes in pan; remove and let cool completely.

* I wrap my bread in saran wrap, and let it sit over night on the kitchen counter.
