Meatloaf (and rice)

Ingredients
About 2 lbs of lean chopped beef1.5 eggs, beaten 1 can tomato sauce (8oz)1 cup of cooked white rice (instead of 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs)1 pkg Onion Soup/Dip MixBlack Pepper (to taste)Dash Goya Adobo (or other seasoning) Fresh Parley
Directions
Make sure you have Cooked White Rice, or left over Chinese take-out rice.

Combine all ingredients into a loaf pan
Bake Uncovered at 350 for about an hour.
