Absolutely delicious! Never had Kohlrabi before. I found it in an Asian Market. This has now become a new "must have" for Thanksgiving. I love root veggies anyway and this is just wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing. - 11/11/10

    OK, I'll try it! One question----- what's a kohlrabi? - 9/28/08

Lol! Okay, goofy Deb! A kohlrabi is a peculiar looking light green sphere about the size of a tennis ball with bumbs on it where someone cut off the leaves. It is a member of the turnip family with a milder flavor. (I don't do turnips!!! Yeech! Kohlrabi are good.) Give it a try!
