Ginger Molasses Cookies

Ingredients
1 stick Butter Flavoured Crisco3/4 C. Brown Sugar1/2 C. Molasses2 Eggs3 C. Flour1 tsp Salt2 tsp Ground Ginger1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.


Mix together well the first 4 ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add in 3rds to the wet mixture, making sure ingredients are well combined before adding each third.

Make rounded tsp sized balls on non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten a bit, so that the cookie is about half an inch thick. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 9-11 minutes.

NOTE: they will look a bit unde cooked, but do not cook them longer or they will be dry.
