Ingredients
3 cups fat free yogurt728 g cucumber3 lg scallions1.5 TBS dried dill.5 tsp black pepper.25 tsp salt2tsp olive oil2 medium whole tomatoes
Directions
Makes 9 one cup servings
-In blender, put yogurt, 448 g/16 oz. English cucumber WITH peel, 2 scallions, and dried dill.
-Pour into 3-qt. bowl with cover.
-Add black pepper, salt, oil, seeded , diced tomatoes, 280g/10 oz. WITHOUT peel cucumber diced, and one chopped scallion.
-chill very well.
