Horseradish Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream (recipe calculation is for regular, but you could use low or no fat)2 - 3 Tablespoons creamed horseradish to taste (it gets hotter after it chills a bit, so be careful)1 small can chopped shrimplemon juice to tastesea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, adjusting to taste. Chill a few hours, then dip potato chips or whatever you like. Makes 6 generous servings.
