Rice 'N Oats Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice1 egg2 Tbl vegetable oil3/4 cup milk2 cups oats, uncooked1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup raisins1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Put first 4 ingredients in blender, mix for 1 min or until well-mixed. Pour into bowl.
Add remaining ingredients & mix. Spoon into greased muffin tin or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
Makes 18 2-oz muffins or cookies.
