Polenta Pizza

Ingredients
2 cup polenta, dry instant6 cups water1 cup tomato sauce1/2 tbsp basil2 tsp lemon pepperdash of salt and pepper1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped red pepper1 cup mushrooms, sliced2 cups morning star farms burger crumbles2 cups fat free mozzarella cheese
Directions
Turn oven onto 350 degress. On the stovetop prepare instant polenta per package directions in the 6 cups water. Pour cooked polenta into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix tomato sauce with spices and pour over polenta. Top with vegetables, burger crumbles, and cheese. Bake in oven 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 8 slices.
