Personal Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
2 eggs1 tbsp milk (1%)1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)1 slice Kraft singles cut into slivers1 sheetof phyllo pastry1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach1 green onion sliced into slivers1 tsp sugar1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a personal sized oven safe dish with PAM. Line the dish with 1/2 of a sheet of phyllo pastry. Chop the rest of the sheet into tiny pieces and toss the pieces with the sugar and cinnamon until well mixed.
Toss together the spinach, onion, and cheese. Place mixture into the phyllo lined dish. Whisk together the eggs, milk. and hot sauce (if you use it). Pour egg mixture over the spinach mixture. Top the mixture with the chopped phyllo.
Bake covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 5 more minutes. (The resultant dish should be puffy.
Let the dish sit for a minute or two so that you don't burn your mouth. Salt to taste. Enjoy with toast or scones (calories not counted).
