Cottage Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes1 small onion chopped4 sprays of Pam Olive Oil sprayseasonings such as Season All, Garlic Powder, Pepper
Directions
Peel and cut up potatoes into diced size. Chop onions. Spray about 4 sprays of Olive Oil spray into skillet and heat; add potatoes & onions and cook stirring occasionally until done. Cover with lid to help keep moisture in. Very good and not greasy! Serves 4 . Goes well with fish!
