Black Forrest Pudding

1 C cold skim milk1 packet Right Light chocolate shake or 1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder (to equal 20-22 gms protein)2 TBSP fat free sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix1/2 C sugar free cherry pie filling2 TBSP cool whip free
Pour skim milk in blender. Then add Right Light shake and blend on medium speed for 15 seconds.
Add pudding mix and blend on high speed until thick and creamy, about 45 more seconds.
Spoon layers of pudding and cherry pie filling in 2 dessert glasses. Chill in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Top each with a dollop of Cool Whip. Serve and enjoy.
