15 Minute Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 T. Canola Oil10 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts1 1/2 T. chili powder1 1/2 T. cumin2 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes (pref. w/ no salt added)1 15 oz. can of kidney beans, drained1 c. yellow corn4.5 oz. can diced green chiliessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
In medium sauce pan, saute chicken in oil until no pink remains. Stir in chili powder & cumin to coat chicken. Add remaining ingredients & cook for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 4 servings, 1 1/2 c. each.
