Minestrone Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed round steak2 Tbsp Itianial dry seasoning2 cloves diced garlic2 Cups diced onion2 cans beef stock2 cans water2 cups diced carrots2 cups diced tomato4 cups green beans2 cups diced or sliced zucchini2 cups whole grain pastasalt & peper to your tastesI used barilla whole grain pasta in this stew,
Directions
Dice your onion and place them in your stew pot that you have sprayed with olive oil. Then cube your meat and sprinkle with 2 TBSP. of Itialian dry seasoning and brown in your stew pot with onions. While that is browing dice your other vegies. When meat is all browned and almost done, about 10 min. you can add everything but the pasta. Cook this 30 min and then add your pasta and cook according to their directions.
