Vegetarian Potato Broccoli Soup

2 cups broth/bullion3 medium stalks of broccoli75 grams red potatoes3 cloves garlic2 Tbsp. Olive Oil10 grams firm tofu2 cups 1% milk
Makes 6 Servings
1. Put olive oil and broth on the stovetop and bring to a boil.
2. Chop onion, garlic, potatoes, and broccoli into small pieces and boil them in broth until they are soft.
3. Spoon mixture into a food processor, blender, or mixer.
4. Crumble tofu and add to the mixture.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Put mixture back into pan and add 2 cups of milk, stirring until the soup is completely warm.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
