Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 lb. ground turkey, browned and drained2 cans Ranch Style Beans (In some areas these are called Texas Style Beans)2 cans Yellow Hominy2 cans stewed tomatoes, crushed (use your favorite flavor, I like the mexican style)1 can corn1 can chili2 packages Taco seasoning mix1 to 2 cups water to keep consistency to soupy while cooking.
Directions
Brown ground turkey, drain. Place all ingredients in large stew pot and bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Best if cooked ahead of time and allowed to cool in refridgerator for several hours before reheating and serving. Serve with condiments of your choice. Good with cornbread, crackers or tortilla chips. Try with salsa, cheese, sour cream and/or pico de gallo.

Makes 8 hearty servings, about 1 3/4 cup each.
