Black bean, corn, and couscous salad

Ingredients
1 c dry whole wheat couscous, cooked according to package1 can corn, drained1 can black beans, rinsed and drained4 medium green onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 c lemon juice1/4 C olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook couscous according to directions. Let cool. Place all othe ringredients in a bowl and mix together. May add cilantro, jalapeno, or lemon rind to enhance flavors.

Add cooled couscous and mix thoroughly. Let refrigerate and serve.
