Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 pack (2-1/2 lb) Zesty Italian Dressing mix, 1 pack Low fat cream cheese, 8 oz Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
Boil chicken breast. Once cooked chop into small pieces, place back in boiling water and add frozen veggies. While veggies and chicken are heating up, melt 8 oz of cream cheese and the two soups, add the pack of zesty italian mix. Make sure that all the soup and cream cheese and mix are all mixed together. Once melted, drain chicken and veggies and add to cream cheese/soup mixture. Place in baking dish and top with pie crust. Bake on 425 for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden.
