Ground beef, lean, 32 ozMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Salt, .25 tspSour Cream, 4 tbsp
fry the meat in skillet until done, discard fat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sour cream with the salt and cook for abot 30 minutes. Use whatever seasonings you like to taste.

Deliscious but I added more sour cream to thicken and some Kitchen Bouquet browning seasoning so it was more like gravy. I know this added fat and calories, but felt it needed something extra to keep my husband motivated on our journey to healthier eating. Served over rice and a steamed sweet potat - 4/8/16
