Ground Turkey and Pepperoni Calzone

Two tubes of Pillsbury crescent rolls1 cup of shredded mozarella1/2 lb of browned ground turkey8 oz of part skim ricotta1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease or spray cookie sheet.
1. In large bowl, mix ALL ingredients (except dough).
2. On cookie sheet, unroll dough and separate into 4 equal parts (2 halves per roll). Spread 1/4 of filling onto dough sections. Fold dough over filling; firmly press edges with fork to seal. Brush top of each with egg white if desired. With fork, prick top of each to allow steam to escape.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
