Strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar Semifreddo

0.5 cup Maple Syrup, Sugar free450 gr. ripe strawberries2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar4 baby strawberries or wild strawberries, halvedMint springs to decorate
Place the fruit and syrup in a food processor with the vinegar. Process for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture in the freezerproof container and freeze 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until semifrozen. Stir at least once during freezing. Scoop spoonfuls of the semifreddo into glasses, and serve decorated with baby strawberries and mint, if using.
