Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (Egg Free)

0.75 cups of Heart Smart Bisquick mix0.50 cups of nonfat Milk0.25 cups of Instant Quick Oats1 medium Banana
1. Cut banana into small pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients until blended.
Note: For thinner pancakes, add more milk
3. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
4. Pour batter onto hot griddle.
5. Cook pancakes until puffed, turn, and cook other side until golden brown.
Depending on the shapes and size - 2 pancakes per serving
Add 5 chocolate chips on top for children - it's a chow!

PICKIEPROTEIN
This recipe is similar,with a few exceptions,I used plain, all purupose flour, instead of biscuit, 1Tbs Canola Oil (Wesson),1Tbs sugar, .33c whole milk, 1.25tsp baking powder(give or take an extra.25), 1tsp nosalt salt, 1 medium banana &.33c oatmeal.They were fluffy & good tasting,sort'a gooey - 11/7/11
