Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
6 large eggs1 can diced green chilis (draines)1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese2 tbsp butter
Directions
pre heat oven to 350
1. melt butter in baking pan by putting 2 tbsp into pan and putting into oven while oven preheats
2. mix eggs together in a large mixing bowl
3. . add diced green chilis- mix together well
4. add 1/3 bag of shredded cheddar cheese to mixture and mix well
5. sprinkle 1/3 shredded cheddar cheese over bottom of baking pan/ over melted butter
6. pour egg mixture into pan
7. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes till cooked through
8. sprinkle last 1/3 of shredded cheddar cheese over top of casserole then bake an additional 5 minutes till cheese melted
9. let stand 5 minutes outside of oven
10. serve- it is delicious
