3 Tbs flour1 cup milk, we use 1%2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked1 Tbs butterHandful of cheese crackers, crushed
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine the flour and milk in a medium saucepan and turn on medium heat, until warm. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add soup and stir until well mixed. In a skillet melt butter and add crackers until combined. Drain macaroni and return to pan. Add cheese sauce and stir until combined. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake at 350 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
