FRIED ZUCCHINI & SQUASH

Ingredients
1 zucchini1 squashcornmealoil, veg, canola, olive.
Directions
Place oil in skillet get really hot!
the place cornmeal in a large baggy and toss in zucchini and sqush shake until coated
Take out place in a hot oil. Fry on both sides until brown don't move around to much. Let brown. Season and serve hot or warm. Good with anything you like. Fish, or Chicken. Yummo!

    These were very good, even my husband liked them and he doesn't like vegetables. I will make these again but will cut the slices bigger. - 7/3/09
