Creamy Turkey and Noodle Pasta Bake

Ingredients
250 mL of Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup250 grams of lean group turkey500 grams (2 cups) whole wheat rigatoni pasta (or your favorite pasta)250 mL (1 cup) Canned Diced tomatoes (no salt added)250 grams fat free sour cream1/2 cup skim milk1/2 medium red onion1/2 cup chopped celery20 mL Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning (or your favorite Mrs Dash seasoning)20 mL Mrs Dash extra spicy seasoning (or your favorite Mrs Dash seasoning)2 TBSP Ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Boil water for pasta
Brown turkey in skillet pan. Add onions and celery once turkey is brown. Add tomatoes and seasoning and ketchup.
Cooked pasta until it is half cooked.
add pasta and turkey mixture to casserole pan.
add sour cream, soup, milk and mix.
Put in oven until bubbling - usually 15 minutes
add light shredded cheese on top (not included in calorie count)
