Macaroni and cheese with tomato

8 oz macaroni cooked2 onions chopped or diced1 can (6 oz) tomato paste5 strips bacon of choice2 oz shredded cheddar cheese2 oz shredded colby jack cheese
cook and drain pasta, cook bacon in a seperate pan, drain grease then brown onions in the same pan. Place cooked macaroni in a caserole dish, cumble cooked bacon ( I use my kitchen scissors to chop into small pieces). Add onion when brown. Add 6 ozs of water to the paste and mix with the other combined ingredients. Add 2/3rd of the cheese and combine again ( I like to stir as I add each ingredient so they mix better). Top with the remaining cheese. Cook for about 40 minutes at 375 or until cheese is melted. You can substitute your pasta noodle of choice as well as adding your cheese of choice. A few veggies might be good as well. I have also made it without the bacon.
