Pasta Primavera

10 cups mixed vegetables, (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini)12 ounces dry pasta1 large onion, chopped2 tsp garlic1 T. olive oil1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cups chicken broth1/2 cup evaporated milk1/4 c. cornstarch1 tsp basil2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp pepper1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Boil pasta until done. Chop vegetables. Saute onions and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add veggies. Continue to cook until veggies are soft. Mix together chicken broth, milk, and cornstarch. Add to veggies, cook until thick and bubbly. Add spices and cheese. Mix together with pasta. Serve.
