Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice2 T olive oil1 T minced garlic1 ½ tsp grated lemon peel1 ½ tsp cumin¾ tsp oregano, crushed½ tsp freshly ground pepper1 tsp salt3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; whisk until blended. Place chicken in shallow non-aluminum dish with marinade, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1-24 hours.

Let chicken come to room temperture. Grill chicken just until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side (depending on thickness of breast). Discard any leftover marinade.

This makes 6 good sized servings.
