Ingredients
1.5 pounds of beef for stew 2 cups diced carrots2 cups diced potatoes 1/2 cup diced onion 1 can peas 1 can tomato sauce1 tsp minute tapioca3 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours -- no peeking. Makes 6 one cup servings.
