Ham-Wrapped Fruit

Ingredients

1/4 cup light cream cheese1 tablespoon orange marmalade2 ounces thinly sliced fully-cooked ham, cut into 1x4-inch strips1/4 medium cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cut into thin wedges and peeled2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
In small bowl combine cream cheese and orange marmalade; mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each ham strip. Place a piece of fruit on each ham strip and wrap around fruit. Cover and chill.
Serves 2 (1 oz ham per serving.)

BIKINIBOUND!!
Wow-it amazes me how people will butcher a recipe to their liking-then rate it. I believe the recipe is Ham Wrapped Fruit with a cream cheese spread-not pickles&veggies-& that is what s/b rated. I think the recipe sounds really good, and I plan to try the recipe AS PRESENTED, using Teresa's idea - 7/21/08
