Superb Salmon Salad

Ingredients
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Leeks, 1 cup, diced * Peas, fresh, 1/2 cup * Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, cubes * Hot chile pepper, 1/2 pepper * *Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 2 cans * Salt, ground pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients gently. Serve with Italian dressing and olive oil.
